Yes — our wax melts are vegan and cruelty-free. We use HPM (hydrogenated plant-based) wax and RCX wax, which are fully plant-based and never tested on animals. This ensures that our products are as kind to animals as they are to your home.

Our melts are a minimum of 45 g per bar and are designed to provide a long-lasting fragrance experience. The exact burn or melt time will vary depending on your wax burner and how many cubes you use, but typically, a single cube can provide 8–10 hours of scent, filling a room with a rich, enduring fragrance.

Our fragrances are created for use in the home and are generally considered safe when used as directed. However, some pets (especially cats and small animals) may be sensitive to strong scents. We recommend using melts in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets to ensure their comfort and safety.

Simply place one or more cubes into a wax burner, then melt using a tea light or electric burner. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always keep your wax melts and burner away from flammable materials and out of reach of children or pets.

For a gentle scent, one cube is enough; for a stronger fragrance, you can use two or more. You are welcome to experiment and mix different scents to create your own bespoke fragrance experience, but start with small amounts until you discover the perfect combination.

Each cube generally melts in 30–60 minutes, depending on your burner. You can remove cubes once the fragrance has fully dispersed — the wax can be remelted multiple times, ensuring you get the most out of each bar.

Once the wax has cooled and solidified, gently lift it out of the dish and dispose of or remelt in a separate container. Wash the burner with warm, soapy water if needed. Avoid harsh abrasives, which can damage the surface, and always ensure the burner is fully cooled before cleaning.

Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keeping them in their original packaging or an airtight container will help preserve the fragrance and colour for longer.

Frosting is a natural characteristic of plant-based waxes and can occasionally appear as a soft, crystalline finish on the surface. It does not affect fragrance, performance, or quality in any way — in fact, it’s often a sign of a high-quality, natural wax blend. Each melt is crafted by hand, and slight variations are part of its artisan nature.
