Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our wax melts and want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled.


Returns & Refunds for Unused Products (Change of Mind)

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or refund due to change of mind:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days of the return confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.



Refunds for Used Products

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on wax melts or other home-fragrance items that have been used, partially used, or opened, except where the product is faulty.

This is for hygiene, quality, and safety reasons — once used, we are unable to inspect, test, or resell the item.



Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if the wrong item has been sent, we will replace or refund it.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Note: Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect product use may not qualify for a refund.



Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
  • We will assess the claim and replace the damaged item or offer a refund
  • We may require the item to be returned depending on the situation

We will cover the cost of replacements and return postage (if required).


Note: Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect product use may not qualify for a refund.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used or opened wax melts
  • Custom orders or personalised items



Refund Processing

Once a return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 3–10 business days (depending on PayPal or your bank)

We cannot refund items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a tracked service.
