Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and safely to ensure your wax melts arrive in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the UK.


Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
  • During busy periods (seasonal peaks, promotions, launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Please note that we currently only ship inside the UK.



STANDARD SHIPPING (ROYAL MAIL)

We offer the following shipping method:

  • Royal Mail Second Class or First Class (depending on your selection at checkout)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight
  • Smaller orders will include a postage charge
  • Larger orders may qualify for free or reduced shipping - qualifying orders will be sent using a postal service chosen at our discretion


Note: Delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Delivery Time Estimates

ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS: 

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch


ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS: 

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch


Please remember these are estimated, not guaranteed, especially during busy postal periods.


Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 7 working days for First Class
  • 10 working days for Second Class

Please contact us and we will look into it.

Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 10 working days, so replacements/refunds may only be issued after that time.




Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.




Damaged Items in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • inner packaging
  • the product
  • the shipping label

This allows us to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.


Note: Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the product's condition or use does not qualify as a damaged item. 




Returns Due to Non-Collection or Refusal

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or was refused:

  • We can resend it (additional postage may apply), or
  • We can refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost
